Recommended Approach:
For those new to the method, it’s a great idea to start with the Moon and Sun series. This will allow you to build strength, flexibility, and awareness while also understanding the foundations of breath, energy, and movement. Once you’re comfortable with both the Moon and Sun series and have developed a consistent practice, you can begin exploring the Fire series.
Taking your time to become familiar with each series will ensure that you progress in a safe and balanced way, maximizing the benefits of each practice.
