Spring Yoga and Cacao Ceremony
Service Description
As the energy of spring begins to bloom around us, this gentle retreat-style afternoon offers you space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. We’ll begin with a restorative-inspired yoga practice, designed to ease tension from the body, calm the nervous system, and create the conditions for stillness. Supported by props and guided at a slower pace, this practice invites you to let go of effort and simply be. From here, we’ll transition into a guided cacao ceremony and meditation. Working with ceremonial cacao, we open a space for reflection, connection, and inner awareness—an opportunity to sit with yourself, free from the noise of daily life. This is an invitation to welcome in the light and quiet magic of spring. To pause. To breathe. To listen. Whether you are curious about meditation, wish to experience cacao for the first time, or simply feel the need to rest and reset, this afternoon is open to you. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to arrive as you are. Bring anything you need to be as comfortable as possible. Pillows and a cosy blanket are encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To help us run our classes smoothly and fairly for everyone, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice) Clients may cancel or reschedule their class booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations or changes made within this window can be done via our booking system or by contacting us directly. ❌ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. The session will be counted as used and will not be credited back to your class pack or membership. 📌 Exceptions We may consider exceptions for emergency circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us directly if something unavoidable arises.
