Service Description
This is less of a class and more of an exploratory practice. Each month, we'll take a pose, concept or movement and explore it in greater depth. Because when you understand the mechanics behind yoga, you can unlock more possibilities, discover meaningful modifications and begin to find greater depth in your practice. You don't need to have an advanced practice — all levels are welcome. Whether you're completely new to a particular pose or have been practicing it for years, there's always more to explore. Just bring your curiosity and some comfy clothes.

Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To help us run our classes smoothly and fairly for everyone, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice) Clients may cancel or reschedule their class booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations or changes made within this window can be done via our booking system or by contacting us directly. ❌ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. The session will be counted as used and will not be credited back to your class pack or membership. 📌 Exceptions We may consider exceptions for emergency circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us directly if something unavoidable arises.
