A dynamic, movement-led class for when you want to feel the fire and the flow. In this class, we explore the deep connection between movement and breath. We'll build strength, resilience and inner fire through simple but effective Vinyasa-style flows, creating heat in the body while developing mobility and awareness. move through the stress of the day, increase mobility, build strength and reconnect with the rhythm of your breath and body.

Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To help us run our classes smoothly and fairly for everyone, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice) Clients may cancel or reschedule their class booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations or changes made within this window can be done via our booking system or by contacting us directly. ❌ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. The session will be counted as used and will not be credited back to your class pack or membership. 📌 Exceptions We may consider exceptions for emergency circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us directly if something unavoidable arises.
